*The difference, by the way, is the rarity! In fact, we don't think you'll find organic produce like ours anywhere else! We've chosen to farm rare breed sheep and cattle because we want to contribute to their conservation, because they suit the farm's particular circumstances and, above all else, because they're worth it. Each has its own characteristic strengths and unique features and, ultimately, their survival depends upon the value of their produce.
