Irish Moiled Beef – a variety of cuts - from stewing cubes to steaks and joints - giving you a range of braising, pot roasting, frying, grilling or hot roasting possibilities to delight in this rarest of beef.
Organic Wensleydale Mutton – a selection of poaching, stewing, grilling and roasting cuts to Mutton Renaissance standards – persuading you back to the traditional ‘food of kings’ (and, of course, queens).
Organic Hogget & Lamb – a mix of joints, steaks, chops, cutlets and stewing cubes, butchered to your specification, in a half lamb or hogget box (between 5 and 7kg, dependent on the butchery), from the best of our unique hill-cross lambs.
