Come rain, come shine, we've some of our best beef to date - at pre-'credit crunch' prices. Plus organic hogget, from our one year old sheep, which cooks like lamb but gives a tastier depth of flavour - for those who like their food but lack the nerve to try mutton (maybe next time!).

Organic Half Hogget - two leg joints and a shoulder (boned and rolled) for roasting; loin chops (4), noisettes (6) and steaks (4) for grilling, frying or barbecuing; diced (4 packs of 330g) for stewing or stir frying plus some neck on the bone (it's got to be cawl) - and a little bit of kidney to top some toast!
